Our Shipping and Returns Policy
We ship directly to any location in the United States via UPS. The service levels are UPS Ground (least expensive), 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If we have sent the the wrong item, or if there has been breakage during shipping, please contact us by email or phone and we will cheerfully replace the product. If there is a quality problem, we will have UPS pick up the product so that we may inspect it, and we will send an identical unit that does not have the problem, or we may suggest an alternative product, or we may simply refund your purchase.
