Villa Bisini Gambetti Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

This balsamic vinegar is from Italy's famed Modena region, home of this ancient craft. The cooked mosto (must) from pressing organically grown Trebbiano grapes is slowly acidified in wooden casks over a period of years to produce a rich, sweet vinegar. This is a true balsamic, having a deep, dark color, a thicker texture and a richer, sweeter flavor than other commercial grades on the market. 8.5 fl. oz.
