Nadia La Piana started making sauces and preserved vegetables in her kitchen. Now she and her husband Matteo have their own small facility near Torino where they employ their neighbors to transform the fresh harvest of Italian organic farmers into the finest vegetable spreads. Their asparagus cream is made from the freshest organic asparagus and organic extra virgin olive oil. Spread on bread or crackers, or use as a garnish on vegetable dishes. Cereal Terra Organic Asparagus Cream was a Sofi Silver Finalist for Outstanding Condiment in 2007. Net weight 4.5 oz.
