Poggio all'Olmo Organic Acacia Honey

This honey is produced by Giuseppe Follino in the acacia forests in the mountains of central Tuscany. A truly raw honey: Giuseppe never allows the honey to get warmer than the temperature inside the beehive. Like tupelo honey, acacia honey does not become solidly crystallized at room temperature. The flavor is relatively strong compared to our other varieties, while the texture is lighter. Net weight 18 oz.
